Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to a Steele Farm, LLC event you agree to the following terms and conditions, as well as any additional policies communicated by Steele Farm on this site, prior to the event, and on property. In order to ensure safe and fun events, failure to comply with or abide by these terms and conditions may result in removal from the property and any event.

Refund Policy

Steele Farm adheres to a strict No Refunds policy for dinner events. All sales are final for ticketed dinner events. Please read all dinner event details carefully before purchase. Workshop event deposits will be refunded one half of the value of the deposit if attendee reaches out via email, text or phone call within 48 hours of workshop.

All events are rain (or snow!) or shine.

Tickets for a specific event/date are not transferable to another event/date after purchase.

Tickets are not for re-sale and tickets may not be transferred to another person or entity without prior communicated approval from Steele Farm. Failure to follow these rules may result in prohibition from future events.

Considerations

Parents and/or guardians are responsible for supervising, and the conduct of, any children brought to the property at events where they are permitted. Please check individual event descriptions regarding if children are permitted at an event.

Steele Farm strives to create and host inclusive, safe, and joyous events for all attendees. Therefore all guests, vendors, and attendees agree that while attending a Steele Farm event they:

Will not wear any clothing or accessories, or display any items, that include, promote, or symbolize hate speech, bigotry, white supremacy, racism, homophobia, or that includes vulgar language, vulgar imagery, or foul language;

Also note that you will be entering a working farm. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Do not enter any areas marked as Restricted Areas and please be cautious around any animals and garden beds.

PA Agrotourism Law

All event attendees will sign a written agreement prior to their participation in the activity. And will recieve a copy of the following warning the day of the event. As well as being visible on the signage at the physical farm.

“Warning: Read your written agreement or the back of your ticket. Under Pennsylvania law, except for limited circumstances, an agritourism activity provider is not liable for any injury to or death of a participant resulting from an agritourism activity. Do not participate in the activity if you do not wish to waive liability."
