We are Anthia DiSalvo & Laura Hess, the co-owners of the Garden Harvest. DiSalvo has had a career helping folks open new restaurants with menus that work for each space. She loves her black cat, baking late at night and cooking up delicious food for you. Hess is the marketing expertise and cheerleader of the duo. She loves nature, connections and watching community grow. The two have been teamed up growing fresh produce for the past five seasons.
We believe that food is medicine. So, we grow many of the vegetables and herbs we use right behind the mobile kitchen in the gardens at Steele Farm. We're certified Produce Safety Alliance Growers. We source everything as locally as we can. And we adhere on the safest cooking practices. We're also certified Serve Safe Food Managers. This provides you with peace of mind & a delicious dinner.
